Embrace who you are. Embrace your body. Embrace your nakedness. And be fierce in showing it.

This piece came after many therapy sessions, and the process of painting it was deeply emotional. It is a celebration of myself in one of my most naked and vulnerable states.

Have the courage to show yourself naked in life. Have the courage to enjoy your body, every inch of your skin. Be comfortable in your own skin and do not let anyone make you feel like you need to cover it.

If your nakedness makes someone uncomfortable, that is their problem. Do not feel sorry for it. Do not justify yourself.

I am tired of the prudishness that leads to the repression of our bodies, to covering ourselves up.

I want to be free, and freedom is naked.
