This piece celebrates one of life’s most important teachings: give yourself grace. Be present with yourself, accept yourself, and when you can’t, give yourself some grace for that too.

Sometimes we get so lost in our own overthinking that we end up treating ourselves as if we were the worst human being walking this planet. We judge ourselves in ways we would never judge the people we love.

We need to learn to love ourselves more than anyone else. And many times, that starts with simply giving ourselves a little grace.
